Partygaming beats British Airways!

When Partygaming was introduced on the London stock exchange they were valued higher than British Airways and Sainsbury´s according to the news media. The owners of Partygaming made one bilion pounds of profit from the introduction. With these facts at hand my ealier post about how the poker industry is becoming more and more profitable, has come tru.

June 30th Partypoker will be introduced on the stockmarket. Will this be an extraordinary opportunity to make a buck or is the poker market overpriced? Myself i think that there are money to be made here, the only question is how much?

Will 3-D applications revolutionize Online Poker?

When i was logged in to Pacific Poker the other night and sat at the table playing my nightly game of Texas hold'em, i couldn't stop thinking about the new applications that are making their way onto the market. I am talking about those new 3-D applications that give more life to the game. Are these new applications the future for Online Poker? Will they steal players from the regular modules? Will this be an important feature for future poker rooms in their quest for new players?

What are your thougts? Myself i think that they can make the game more fun for the moment but it wont take away the most important ingrediants, the competition and the money. Good players will allways try to find the best competition for tournaments, some will off course try to find the worst competition to win at the different cash games.

Will better design of future poker rooms be able to lure over some of these players? What do you think?

The other day i was googling for information about Online Poker. I found a variety of sites that claimed that they were an online guide to Poker. Some were better than others, and some were just horrible, and seemed to be something left over from the mid 90's.

I tried to find other guides than Pokerlistings, and our own Pokercasinoguide.com. I need your help in finding these gems. Please give me your suggestions for the best Online Guides to Online Poker.
